Marketing Manager 15474 * Hourly pay: $45-$55/hr * Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (New York City, NY 10118 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and possibly a third day) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment A leading professional networking company seeks a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting marketing partnerships from pitch to activation, ensuring seamless execution, operational rigor, and effective communication. The role involves deep collaboration with Marketing Leads, Sales, clients, and internal cross-functional partners to develop and execute compelling partnership solutions and maintain key program operations as the foundation for program growth. Marketing Manager Responsibilities: * Develop pitch materials: Support the creation of strategic, visually compelling presentations that communicate partnership opportunities. * Respond to turnkey RFPs: Lead responses to turnkey pitch requests, enabling sales with key information to help close deals. * Support partnership project management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal and external communications for turnkey partnership activations and assist for high-touch partnerships. * Manage sponsorship inventory: Maintain oversight of sponsorship availability and provide Sales teams with relevant, up-to-date offerings. * Support partnership solutions innovation: Contribute to the development and operationalization of new monetizable partnership solutions across our ecosystem. Marketing Manager Qualifications: * 2-4 years of experience in marketing, production, communications, ad sales, and/or project management. * BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, production, or a related field. * Media experience. * Experience in Integrated Marketing/Ad Sales Marketing. * Experience collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders. * Experience communicating with and managing clients and advertising agencies is a plus. * Strong customer service and solutions-oriented attitude. * Proficient understanding of the digital/social landscape and user experiences. * Proficient understanding of content production lifecycle, particularly branded and sponsored content. * Familiarity with our advertising solutions and overall advertising model, and broader social media and digital advertising landscape. * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets. * Knowledge of and passion for pop culture and media. * Knowledge of Airtable for project management. * Familiarity with B2B marketing. #PP
