    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a Production Worker to join our Boart Longyear team in Salt Lake City, UT.

    Responsibilities

    + Load powder and binder into the furnace according to specifications.

    + Monitor furnace and robotic systems using video surveillance and respond to any irregularities.

    + Track and update order progress using a computer system.

    + Keep pace with a fast-moving production line and ensure quality standards are met.

    + Communicate any problems or delays to supervisors, leads, or the maintenance team.

    + Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.

    + Help meet or exceed daily production goals.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Must be authorized to work in US

    + Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.

    + Comfortable working with machinery and computer systems.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

    + Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.

    + Must be dependable and punctual.

    + Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
