The Pega QA Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of Decisioning applications collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues and continuously improve the processes, leveraging best-in-class AI tools and other technology to deliver actionable insights. Key responsibilities will include building sustainable reporting, simulation, monitoring, testing, quality assurance, and control of Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies as well as supporting data analysis efforts. This role will utilize quantitative analysis to address critical business issues and support strategic decision making for the company. By employing innovative analytical and statistical methods, the role will support the team’s efforts to use data to better explain the profile and key drivers of consumer behaviors and translate those into actions that can be operationalized.
Your role
+ Support the implementation of various changes in Pega NBA environment, including the implementation and quality assurance of client’s engagement policy to define rules around eligibility, applicability, and suitability of various actions to ensure that individual customers receive the best recommendation given their unique attributes.
+ Perform impact analysis on new requirements and translate simple requirements into strategies as well as complex strategies into implementable design on various tools
+ Develop reporting and simulation to demonstrate the offer qualification among various segments to guide decision making on NBA strategies as well as displaying opportunities for fine tuning the requirements
+ Develop new actions and treatments in Pega’s Customer Decision Hub; refine and enhance existing NBA strategies through new content, rules, etc.
+ Perform various Test Case Designing and Agile testing activities (Automation/Manual Testing / Exploratory / Unit / Smoke)
+ Support implementation, testing, QA, business simulation, Next-Best-Action reporting, monitoring, and control
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues and continuously improve our processes in Pega NBA environment:
+ Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of decisioning applications to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
+ Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans
+ Analyze and report on test results, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements
Your skills and experience
+ 10 years experience with focus decision systems testing (User Acceptance Testing), reporting and/or data analytics with at least 5 years experience in data quality assurance and testing
+ Pega (or similar AI software/tools); particularly Next-Best-Action (NBA) decision engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
+ Amazon Redshift database query development
+ Experience with software applications (such as Postman) that allows developers to test, document, and share APIs
+ Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using analytics tools/software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.)
+ Expertise in SOAP and RESTful web APIs, including tools like ReadyAPI or Postman.
+ Proven ability to understand specified standards, strategies and business requirements and design test plans based on this information
+ Knowledge of direct marketing and/or sales/operations/digital marketing optimization.
