    Job Description

    Governance and Analytics Senior Specialist This position is responsible for the execution of the sourcing governance processes, analyzing sourcing and contract metrics, financial impact measurements and spend data. The position has primary responsibilities for spend analysis, business stakeholder outreach to evaluate sourcing opportunities from expiring contracts and validating saving calculation methodologies for reporting to Business Finance. This position will provide support for audits, contract research and is expected to understand policy for all procurement processes, including end-to-end sourcing and risk controls. Other job functions include analyzing, reporting and presenting sourcing and contracting data. Additionally, this position will work with business stakeholders for coordination and engagement on processes that are hinged to the procurement process such as risk, legal, business finance, technology, accounting, etc. to ensure there is support of requirements embedded into our sourcing milestones. Responsibilities: Responsible for execution of governance and reporting activities across the sourcing and contracts team, facilitate the expiring contract process Present analysis around contract reviews and sourcing benefit opportunities to Senior Management for consideration; responsible for tracking and reporting of spend and benefit (value/savings) Develop and implement process improvements, system controls and risk management Utilize e-Procurement systems to facilitate sourcing, contracting and purchasing activities Conduct market research and analyze relevant data (benchmarking, spend, contracts) to support execution of supplier/sourcing strategies

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of relevant experience

    + 4 years of experience managing procurement/sourcing processes

    + 4 years of experience in contract negotiation

    + 4 years of experience in analytical and communication skills

    + 4 years of experience interacting professionally with senior management

    + 1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Word applications
