Leasing Agent
$21.00/hr. plus commission, and monthly performance bonus

We’re looking for someone who builds strong connections, embodies our community values, and takes pride in creating a positive experience at every step. As part of our on-site Property Team, you’ll play a key role in making every interaction meaningful and every resident feel at home.
Responsibilities of the Leasing Agent
+ Adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure and compliant environment for team members and guests.
+ While maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, communicate effectively with prospective residents through various forms of written communication.
+ Provide an exceptional experience for all guests, residents, and partners by embodying a role as a trusted friend and local insider.
+ Create and maintain strong rapport with prospective residents, ensuring a great experience throughout the entire leasing process.
+ Show off your strong sales acumen by effectively addressing objections and providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each prospective resident.
+ Own all administrative tasks related to your leasing to ensure compliance during move-ins, move-outs, and renewals, following established processes.
+ Manage current resident retention efforts, including but not limited to ongoing service and engagement initiatives, excellent responsiveness, and lease renewal negotiations.
Leasing Agents Requirements
+ 2+ years of previous experience in leasing, sales or business development.
+ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, contributing to a culture of proactive communication, and mutual support.
+ A proven track record of successfully hitting leasing or sales-related goals (previous experience with Class-A residential buildings a plus!)
+ Previous experience with administrative duties, CRM or leasing-related duties a plus!
+ Preferred: knowledgeable about leasing rules and FFH regulations.
