    Position: Certified Surgical Technician

     

    Job Status: Part Time & Full Time Available; No Holidays, Weekends, or On Call.

    Required Skills:

    + Ability to maintain all equipment

    + Assist surgeon during surgery

    + Post-surgery equipment and operating room clean up

    + Restocks supplies

    + Perform steam sterilization of equipment and instruments

    + Perform routine inspections of instruments and equipment

    + Perform cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes

    Qualifications:

    + Completion of an Operating Room Surgical Technician program

    + Successful completion of the OR Surgical Tech certification exam

    + Experience in the surgical field or at least 2 years preferred

    + Central Supply experience of at least 2 years preferred

    + Current BLS
