    WORK SCHEDULE

    + 100% FTE, Days

    + Monday, Thursday and Friday from 10:30-7:00pm

    + Saturday and Sunday from 11:30-8:00pm

    + Tuesday and Wednesday OFF **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

    + Performs routine work in preparing and serving espresso beverages and food items and cleaning activities

    + Performs a variety of duties in the preparation and service of espresso beverages and food items. **DEPARTMENT DETAILS** The Nutrition and Food Services department supports UW Medicine's mission by delivering extraordinary experiences with compassionate evidence-based care, unforgettable customer service, and fresh and nutritious food for patients, families, and the greater community.Our vision is to create a supportive and empowering workplace for all, provide unparalleled experiences for our customers and patients, and improve the quality of life and health of the public. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

    + Receive payment by credit cards, cash, or vouchers

    + Issue refunds

    + Answer customer questions

    + Maintain orderly and clean checkout areas

    + Greet customers entering cafeterias

    + Provide exceptional customer service.

    + Make sure checkout stations are fully stocked

    + Prepare coffee

    + Restock Merchandise

    + Clean and wipe tables **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment.
