Job Description Summary
The Senior Facilities Manager has managerial oversight responsibility of multiple facilities within a portfolio of client facilities and has several facility management and engineering staff as direct reports. The Senior Facilities Manager has the overall responsibility for the implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure well-managed and well-maintained sites and buildings, placing maximum emphasis on leading the positive response to the concerns and needs of the client's associates in coordination and conjunction with the goals and objectives of the client and C&W policies and procedures.
Job Description
•Oversee day-to-day operations of dispersed facilities, in four States, to ensure that all services are effectively delivered in a manner consistent with contractual agreement and client and C&W directives and policies.
•Drive client focus within all areas and ensure that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
•Lead the facility management team in the supervision of programs and ensure that C&W staff and vendors consistently provide positive and prompt response to requests from the client and its associates.
•Develop, prepare and maintain the annual operations budget in collaboration with client and C&W financial management teams. Assist in development of capital budgets including five- year plan of maintenance, improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
•Coordinate the collection, analysis and reporting of data to provide assessment objectives, productivity, cost savings and improvements. Review work order metrics to identify service gaps and recurring issues and provide corrective actions.
•Direct the hiring and training activities of all staff. Responsible for effective and proactive performance management for all site staff.
•Responsible for all aspects of service delivery contracts including performance and financial review and assuring payments match contract pricing. Initiate audit & control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.
•Practice proactive risk management including vendor compliance with insurance requirements and safe work practices for C&W and vendor personnel.

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration required
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 8-10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management
• Experience with human resource and performance management processes
• Experience with critical system environments preferred
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred
