Responsibilities

+ Overseeing and implementing change requests within Service Now

+ Providing quick and efficient support for system incidents, ensuring recurrence prevention

+ Participating and leading in IT project teams across a variety of assignments

+ Maintaining up-to-date system design documentation and compliance

+ Mentoring junior staff and providing guidance on application development and problem resolution

+ Balancing independent work with organizational goals, with minimal oversight

+ Ensuring compliance with IT policies, enhancing Premier Health’s operational values

+ Participating in an on-call rotation to support critical system and user needs

+ Working with vendors on contracts, system support and upgrades

Requirements

+ Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (with respective 6+ or 4+ years of experience required)

+ Preferred: Project Management Certification

+ 3-5 years of relevant IT experience

+ Deep knowledge in computer systems, applications, and working with interfaces

+ Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365 environment and Azure

+ Proven track record in analyzing and solving complex technical issues

+ Experience with software and hardware evaluations, recommending enhancements

+ Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams

+ Familiarity with clinical/business operations is considered a plus
