The Consultant will take a client-centric view and apply a consultative approach to understanding and solving complex problems faced by state and local education agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of state and local strategies that expand PCG’s impact on teaching and learning across the Mid Atlantic. In addition, the Consultant will focus on growth and retention, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured and maintained for long-term success. The Consultant will partner with regional leadership and support state education agencies and school district clients in their efforts related to special education, strategic planning, data management and use. While a remote role, it is expected that the successful candidate will reside in Pennsylvania and be able to travel as needed to meet with and support PCG teams.

+ Excellent writing skills, including ability to compose reports, business correspondence and procedures.
+ Sound judgment in completing tasks and in seeking guidance when needed from team members.
+ Demonstrated expertise in MS Office software.
+ Strong research and project management capabilities.
Required Experience
+ Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree a plus.
+ 4 + years of related experience in education, healthcare, or consulting.

+ Up to 50% travel required

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $80,000-$100,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
