The Opportunity
This position can be seated in either our Plymouth, MN or St Paul, MN locations, supporting our Structural Heart medical device team. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of Structural Heart disease. We aim to lead the markets we serve by requiring the solutions we offer customers provide an improved benefit/risk profile as compared to existing standards of care; a performance threshold that by definition, guides and ensures the productive output of our engineering, business development, and clinical research efforts result in outcomes that advance the standard of care.
Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Manager to manage the US Forecasting, field inventory processes and implementation of IBP (Integrated Business Planning) across the US region for SH. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with finance, commercial, commercial excellence, supply chain, and marketing teams to drive process improvements, product lifecycle planning strategies (including product launches and phase-outs), commercial strategy modeling, field inventory management, and the management of systems and metrics to measure performance.

What You’ll Work On
+ **Lead the S&OP Process:** Manage the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, including US Demand Reviews and Regional S&OP meetings with Executive Leadership for a $1BN+ growing business. Review commercial KPI performance, conduct root cause analysis, and develop solutions.
+ **IBP Program Implementation** : Lead the implementation and optimization of the new IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Commercial Management Review process for the US region of 5 Franchise reviews and 1 DVP Area review.
+ **Collaborative Leadership:** Partner with key stakeholders to build consensus around forecasts, commercial plans, and action plans to address challenges.
+ **Forecast Modeling** : Develop forecast model (unit and revenue) shaped by assumptions aligned with sales, commercial excellence, marketing, and finance teams to reflect the most likely forecast over a 24 mo horizon. Forecast sales, inventory changes, product phase-ins/phase-outs, and distressed inventory risks for. Understand market variances between products and use data analytics to challenge commercial and marketing assumptions.
+ **Execution and Management:** Execute approved plans, manage abnormal demand, and review and report adherence to forecasts and launch plans.
+ **Scenario Planning:** Utilize scenario planning to assess risks and drive informed business decisions.
+ **Financial Reconciliation** : Correlate unit variances with revenue impacts, Reconcile and explain differences between S&OP forecasts and financial commitments (LBE).
+ **Change Leadership:** Demonstrate effective change leadership and build strategic partnerships to advance departmental and organizational objectives.
+ **Process Development** : Develop, implement and continuously optimize processes, tools, and systems. Proactively and continuously works to optimize processes and systems. Develops and advances tools and methods of analyzing the data to drive efficiencies and forecasting accuracy
+ **Executive Presence and Communication** : Summarize complex data and changing assumptions into concise reports, messages, and recommendations for stakeholders, including senior leadership.
+ **Problem Solving** : Proactively solve problems, handle unstructured challenges, and lead teams to resolve identified issues.
+ **Drive Accountability** : Foster a culture of accountability within team and with commercial teams to the approved demand statement.
+ **Travel** for position up to 10%.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field
+ Masters' degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, S&OP/IBP processes, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in excel modeling, planning systems and analytics tools.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
+ Experience in change management and building strategic partnerships.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
