    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Installation of pipe and fittings for copper, cast iron, and PVC/CPVC pipes, and for drain, sewer, and gas lines

    + Utilize hand tools and cutters to cut pipe to desired lengths and electric and hand threaders to thread pipe

    + Install fittings and components above and in ground

    + Test fittings and connections

    + Installation of water heater, water treatment or filtration systems

    + Troubleshooting, leak detection, and fixture repair or replacement

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of four years plumbing experience

    + In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems

    + Tools of the trade and ability to bring them to jobsites

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Prior experience in the residential field required

    + Prior experience using Hand and power tools

    + Position may require a drug screen
