Fairview is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation Office team. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead and co-manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized projects from inception through completion. You will partner with project owners and stakeholders to define success, manage cross-functional resources, and ensure timely delivery on initiatives that are critical to Fairview’s strategic and operational goals. You’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions that shape the way healthcare is delivered across the system.
+ Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, including schedule, scope, quality, risk, and resource management.
+ Align cross-functional teams to project goals and drive progress through proactive leadership and communication.
+ Collaborate closely with project owners to ensure project objectives are met, while managing stakeholder expectations.
+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators, risks, timelines, and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Coordinate project governance including documentation, milestone tracking, testing, implementation, and post-implementation review.
+ Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, offering data-driven insights, risk assessments, and strategy support.
+ Utilize industry best practices, healthcare innovation trends, and process improvement methodologies to guide project success.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 3–7 years of project management experience
+ Proven ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing environments
+ Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills
+ Demonstrated success managing timelines, teams, budgets, and vendor relationships
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
+ Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
+ PMP certification strongly preferred
+ Experience in healthcare or related industry
+ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional or enterprise-level projects
+ Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
+ Strong ability to build relationships, foster collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
