    The Opportunity:

    CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a senior data and business systems analyst to support a key CACI Department of Defense (DoD) Program.

    You will work as a contractor attached to a government team.

    Responsibilities:

    The ideal candidate will have experience performing data analysis and evaluate potential issues, trends, benefits, and the short-term and long-term impacts of federal directives on sustainability of an organization.

     

    The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting reengineering services as well as project management. You will accurately estimate assigned work and report status and barriers to the government leadership.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    + Create and deliver monthly program analysis reports on government initiatives.

    + Evaluate potential issues, trends, benefits, and the short-term and long-term impacts of federal directives on the sustainability of the government customer organization.

    + Analyze and recommend enhancements

    + Develop and brief regularly scheduled status reports to the government

    + Provide reengineering support services which include a project plan, current state assessment, stakeholder analysis, benchmarking report, future state design, change management plan, implementation roadmap, training materials, pilot testing and validation, performance monitoring and reporting, and a continuous improvement plan.

    + Provide leadership services for business plan creation, metric development, and assessment sessions to enable states and territories to validate that the enterprise approach and related work products achieve the desired performance outcomes. **Qualifications:**

     

    Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active secret DoD security clearance (interim will be considered).

     

    + College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.

    + Minimum of 10-years related technical experience.

    + Ability to attain DoDM 8140.03 compliant certification.

    + Good written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.

    + Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic, and a self-starter.

    + Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.

    + Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving complex technical challenges.Works well with limited oversight.

    _Required:_

    + Experience utilizing all Microsoft Office tools.

    + Experience with Microsoft Visio.

    + Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.

    + Experience creating executive level briefing documents.

    + Experience briefing DOD senior leadership.

    _Desired:_

    + Experience with designing and implementing data models in A365.

    + Experience with environments with many different business user types

    + Experience developing SharePoint customized apps using Power Apps.

    + Experience developing modern pages on SharePoint Online.

    + Experience developing in a DoD cloud environment.

    + Familiar with the RMF framework and accreditations such as Authority To Operate (ATO).

    **Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $109,800 - $241,600
