Job Summary
The Director Strategy & Operations (Architecture and Growth) will report to the SVP DPS Architecture, Innovation and Growth (“DPS Special Projects, Architecture and Innovation”) and provide strategic thought leadership, operational efficiencies, and decision-making to amplify the impact of the DPS Architecture, Innovation and Growth department across the enterprise. In this position, the Director will serve as a trusted advisor to NH leaders in both DPS and Novant Health Enterprises (NHE), handling a wide array of business tasks to extend the internal and external reach of DPS and ensure the department’s aligned approach on key priorities. The Director will work closely with the DPS leadership team, playing an essential role to develop strategies and roadmaps, and oversee project delivery to advance high priority objectives, and lead strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
+ Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related academic discipline (Business Management or Business Administration acceptable with appropriate IT experience); required.
+ Experience: Seven years of Professional experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting or related field. Strong organizational agility with proven ability to perform in a dynamic, highly-matrixed environment. A strategic thinker with proven experience driving strategy, execution, and decision-making. Required.
+ Licensure/Certification:
+ Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP); preferred.
+ Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Lead Six Sigma Institute; preferred.
+ Additional Skills Required:
+ Demonstrated flexibility and comfort working in ambiguity.
+ Distinctive people skills with a proven track record of influencing without direct authority and adapting and leading through change.
+ Operates with a sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize.
+ Excellent communicator and facilitator with strong oral and written presentation.
