Treasury Principal
The Treasury Principal will provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, optimize the bank's balance sheet management, and drive improvements in financial forecasting and cash flow management. The Treasury Principal will lead one or multiple functional areas listed below and operate relatively independently with analysis supporting strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
+ Leads the management of the bank’s daily liquidity, ensuring adequate cash flow for operations, investments, and obligations.
+ Oversees the bank’s cash forecasting process, ensuring accurate short-term and long-term liquidity projections.
+ Provides oversight on balance sheet management, including the optimization of asset and liability strategies.
+ Leads capital planning processes, ensuring that the bank meets its regulatory capital requirements and capital adequacy ratios.
+ Performs scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of various business strategies and market conditions.
+ Risk management and regulatory compliance.
+ Support investment strategies, ensuring that the bank’s excess cash is efficiently deployed to meet strategic goals, while maintaining liquidity.
+ Reviews and evaluates the performance of investment portfolios, recommending adjustments to ensure they align with the bank’s risk tolerance and financial objectives.
Educational Requirements
+ University (Degree) Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience and understanding of bank balance sheets
+ Capital and Liquidity Management experience
+ Understanding of capital and liquidity regulations that govern banks
+ Experience using QRM or Empyrean
