    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Training** **Supervisor** to join our team! In this role you will get to **train and lead** **a team of Operators** .

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Developing a customized training plan and schedule.

    + Training, developing, and mentoring operators and supervisors

    + Creating training materials, delivering training materials to all operations staff and managers, conducting in-service coaching and schedule testing and recertification of all TMC operators

    + Providing one-on-one mentoring for newly hired staff.

    + Periodically review the training materials and courses to ensure reflection of any changes in technology and procedures.

    + Maintaining TMC operator qualification records.

    + Maintaining and updating the training syllabus.

    + Assisting the TMC operations manager in developing and, maintaining, and updating TMC SOPs and SLA

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    + Associates degree and 3+ years of related experience

    + At least 2+ years in training and development responsibilities.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Knowledge and skills to communicate with partner agencies for TIM­related training and education

    + Experience with TxDOT TMC operations and training

    + Experience making SLA,s, KPIs, and other metrics in a TMC or similar environment

    + The ability to address conduct and performance issues

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
