Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an Immunology Technical Support professional to assist in various laboratory and animal studies in ABSL-2 and ABSL-3 environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Preparing media and reagents for experiments.

+ Assisting with animal challenges and bacterial preparations.

+ Performing animal injections and observations.

+ Conducting bacterial burden analyses in organ tissues.

+ Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.

+ Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

+ Providing technical support for immunological research.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

+ High School diploma with 0-1 year of experience in laboratory techniques and animal handling.

+ U.S. Citizen

+ Must pass NACI background check.

+ Must be willing to work in a BSL 3/4 laboratory.

+ Must be eligible to enroll in the BPRP and CS-PRP programs.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

+ Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and regulatory standards.

+ Ability to prepare media and reagents accurately.

+ Experience with animal handling and injections.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to maintain laboratory equipment and manage supplies efficiently.

Salary Range: $13.80 - $23.46
