Job Title: Field Service Technician – Entry-Level | St. Louis, MO
Pay: $18–$20/hr | Full-Time | On-Site

We’re looking for a dependable Field Service Technician in the St. Louis area to support customers in the battery and power systems industry. This is an ideal role for someone who is career-minded and interested in learning a skilled trade.
What You’ll Do:
+ Receive 6–8 weeks of on-the-job training to support battery installations and maintenance
+ Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on battery systems and charging equipment
+ Learn to inspect, test, and install industrial batteries across a variety of applications
+ Provide excellent customer service while communicating effectively with both customers and teammates
+ Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and a company-provided service vehicle
+ Support documentation needs including service reports, quality alerts, and expense logs
+ Collaborate with other team members to resolve service issues and propose solutions
What We’re Looking For:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn
+ Comfortable using basic math and reading tape measurements
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Mechanical aptitude; experience using hand and power tools is a plus
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs; frequently active on the job
+ Clean, professional appearance appropriate for occasional customer-facing interactions
+ Ability to read and understand procedures, safety materials, and manuals in English
