Mission:
As our Director of Business Development, you’ll create and grow high-impact strategic partnerships, elevate our brand presence through unforgettable events, and unlock new revenue opportunities across channels. You’ll be the connective tissue between our company, our industry, and the partners who help us dominate it.
What you’ll be doing:
+ Design and execute a partnership strategy to drive channel leads, revenue, integrations, and visibility.
+ Identify, evaluate, and sign new strategic partners while managing the full relationship lifecycle.
+ Own the KOL strategy: from negotiation to events to maintaining influencer loyalty and referrals.
+ Audit and manage referral programs across partners, KOLs, and customers with a data-backed incentive model.
+ Set and manage the annual strategy and budget for industry events; decide where we go, how we show up, and how we win.
+ Lead flawless event execution (Crew, JNSS, and trade shows): team selection, logistics, training, ROI tracking.
+ Collaborate with PX to deliver high-quality internal events while owning logistics and communication.
+ Lead partnership-driven sales development efforts: create outbound lead lists, ensure follow-up, and measure ROI.
+ Negotiate all partner agreements, ensuring alignment with finance/legal and company strategy.
+ Drive innovation through new markets, monetization strategies, and partner-driven product initiatives.
+ Create and manage the JPO (JobNimbus Purchasing Org) model for customer discounts & exclusive pricing.
+ Cultivate Private Equity group relationships and secure JobNimbus agreements across their portfolios.

+ You speak the language of GTM, RevOps, Product, and Finance fluently.
+ You’ve worked closely with executive teams and know how to navigate high-stakes decisions.
+ You’re deeply organized and can manage overlapping priorities across multiple departments.
Hero Bonus Skills
+ Experience working with Private Equity firms and multi-entity partner structures.
+ Familiarity with contractor-focused software or industries.
+ Strong background in event planning, logistics, and field marketing.
+ Hands-on experience building referral or affiliate programs from scratch.
