    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Welder 1st Shift to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Welder 1st Shift

    **Location:** Oklahoma City, OK

    **Pay Range:** $23 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up and adjust machines and equipment to produce high-quality products.

    + Receive instructions and organize operational duties for the assigned shift.

    + Conduct inspections of parts using precision measuring instruments.

    + Perform quality tests and certifications as required by Quality Assurance.

    + Maintain equipment and production areas to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Must hold a Certified Welder qualification or equivalent certification.

    + Ability to pass the AWS Certification Test as per Company Welding Policy.

    + Experience using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices.

    + Knowledge of SPC procedures and ability to interpret findings.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a team environment.
