Job Description
Responsible for parts sales and support in an assigned region.
Assist customers in parts identification, troubleshooting and order expedition via phone, fax, and email.
Handle incoming orders, including entry and maintaining/editing sales orders to meet customer demands.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding orders, including delivery dates and/or any changes in the status of the order.
Must be willing to prospect lost accounts over the phone and proactively generate part sales with existing customer base.
Proactive lead generation will be required.
Coordinate order releases, receipts, and shipments.
Project a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.

Skills and Requirements
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Strong computer skills and ability to operate several screens and systems simultaneously.
Need to be able to multi-task in a high paced work environment
Experience in customer service or sales WITH some parts background
Excellent organizational/time management skills Experience within automotive industry
SAP Experience
CRM experience null
