Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Sr. Director of Payroll Services & Delivery for a national fast food conglomerate who has just celebrated their 75th anniversary. This position will lead their Human Resource Systems department by overseeing the Payroll Team, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Team, and Employee Customer Service Team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning, integration, and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and services to support the organization's human capital management objectives. Skills and Requirements

Minimum five (5) years progressive HR Systems experience with focus on Payroll, HRIS, and customer service

10 + years experience as project or program manager of major programs

Previous Experience implementing Workday

Experience in a leadership role managing teams and driving organizational change Previous Experience in the Retail Industry null
