Our client, a leader in the Nutrient Ingredient Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Quality Control Supervisor

**Location:** North Salt Lake, Utah Full Time Onsite - No Relocation Included

What's the Job?

+ Oversee all QC processes, including raw material, semi-finished, and finished goods inspection.

+ Coordinate internal trials or validations, including production and cleaning validation.

+ Investigate quality defects, non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

+ Lead and mentor the QC team, providing training and conducting performance reviews.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field (strongly preferred).

+ 3 or more years of supervisory experience in Quality within a food or nutritional supplement manufacturing environment.

+ Familiarity with cGMP, FSMA, SQF, HACCP, and other relevant regulations.

+ Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
