What we want
As the Program Coordinator for Student Development at Mays Business School, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the undergraduate experience. In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the Associate Director to drive innovative event planning, award recognition processes, and recruitment for high-impact programs, including our cutting-edge AI minor. You'll also create compelling content for our digital badging platform, RevUp, and lead a talented team of graduate and undergraduate student staff. What you need to know
Salary: $45,000 - 50,000 (Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience)

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 2 years of program and/or management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated experience in event management
+ Experience developing cross-functional relationships (ie. B2B account management, vendor management and parent/student management)
+ Professional work experience in higher education
Responsibilities
Event Planning & Recognition:
+ Plans case competitions and other student development events
+ Supports Mays Business School-run career fairs
+ Plans, coordinates, and executes the annual Freshman Career Exploration Night
+ Manages event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and coordination with vendors
+ Oversees event marketing and communications
+ Ensures events run smoothly and meet their objectives
+ Collects and analyzes feedback to improve future events
+ Manages campus and college-wide award and recognition processes
Campus Engagement:
+ Engages with counterparts across campus to recruit students into the AI minor as well as high-impact programs such as Aggies in Tech and Aggies in Consulting
+ Coordinates with Mays master’s programs recruiters to create pipelines from the AI minor and high impact programs to master’s programs
+ Supports all aspects of the business minor
Digital Badging Platform:
+ Creates engaging content, industry-based digital badging opportunities, and student engagement experiences within the RevUp platform
+ Assists students, faculty, and staff with questions about the system
+ Manages approval process of activities and badges
+ Promotes the use of RevUp to Mays Business School students
Supervision:
+ Supervises graduate and/or undergraduate student staff and/or volunteers in the daily functions of the unit as well as program support
+ Trains student workers and/or volunteers on event logistics and customer service skills as necessary
+ Monitors compliance with all unit, department, University, and government standards, policies, and procedures
+ Provides supervision and guidance, when needed
+ Provides daily instruction and feedback
