_This position is on-site 4 days per week with 1 day work from home. A fully remote role is not possible. This role cannot be based in Basking Ridge, NJ._
The Senior Director, Commercial Strategy - Immunology, will work closely with the Senior Vice President, Global Head Commercial Immunology in advancing Regeneron’s Immunology strategic planning and execution. The scope of the role will include coordination across partner, functions, indications, development areas and regions. The Senior Director will integrate and coordinate a unified Regeneron based view and approach across business planning, global and market brand strategies and strategic projects. The leader will work with the SVP, Global Head and the REGN CBU leaders to assure effective integration of Commercial and Regeneron goals and objectives.
This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Global Head Commercial Immunology and will execute responsibilities while closely collaborating across Business Unit leads, US and ROW and HQ brand leaders, key internal functions and the alliance partner.
In a typical day, you will:
+ Lead cross brand, cross functional and cross region Regeneron Immunology Commercial integration efforts. Responsible for maintaining cross brand alignment of indications in US, key ROW markets and HQ teams.
+ Facilitate CBU Leadership and Global Leadership meetings and associated activities
+ Lead REGN Immunology global and US strategic projects as assigned by CBU leadership team
+ Coordinate across REGN teams and functions in development and finalization of alliance and leadership review presentations.
+ Periodically evaluate and provide brand leadership with key trends, industry/category/performance data to support delivery of brand performance against forecasts and assumptions. Helps guide adaptation as necessary to deliver on key brand objectives.
+ Facilitate development and evolution of key commercial presentations (e.g. Quarterly Business Reviews, Alliance Partnership updates, Joint Commercialization Committee and/or Joint Steering committee reviews).
+ Consult routinely with HQ LCM and Global Brand leads to assure alignment of long term strategies with annual plans, tactics, forecasts and budgets
To be considered, you must possess:
+ Master's degree, ideally in a scientific discipline with 12+ years of progressive consulting and industry/relevant professional experience; including pharmaceutical/biotech related experience. Fully understands biotech development and commercialization processes.
+ Strong analytic skills, learning agility, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in presenting and gaining support of C-suite executives.
+ Experience in developing compelling business cases, portfolio assessments and strategic recommendations.
+ Strong project and process management skills (including spreadsheet and ppt skills) along with the ability to work on multiple diverse tasks simultaneously.
+ Prior US or global commercial strategy development experience; candidate must possess solid knowledge of US and global (top 10) biotech based commercial strategies, launch planning and reimbursement systems
+ Ability to travel 30%

Salary Range (annually)
$212,900.00 - $354,800.00
