Description
The Amazon Key and Ring teams empower customers to seamlessly manage access to their homes and businesses. We are looking for a results-driven B2B marketing manager to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and engagement in the business-to-business space. You will: i) create and implement comprehensive B2B marketing plans, ii) manage B2B events from planning to execution, and iii) develop marketing materials. As a key contributor, you will lead market research efforts and provide insightful reporting to optimise our strategies and performance.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing plans: Create comprehensive B2B strategies and campaigns to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Develop B2B materials: Create marketing materials and adapt them to resonate with various markets and audiences.
- Lead market research efforts: Plan and manage market research initiatives to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
- Provide B2B reporting: Deliver weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBR & QBR) to measure performance and guide strategy optimisation.
A day in the life
In this role, you’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive B2B growth. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and regional teams to develop effective marketing plans and materials. Your day may include planning and managing B2B campaigns, coordinating market research efforts, and analysing data for weekly and quarterly business reviews. As a key player in our team, you’ll help shape our B2B strategy and have a direct impact on business performance.
About the team
The Amazon Key team sits within the Amazon Devices team alongside Ring and other Home Security teams. Key is a uniquely cross-functional team within Amazon, and often serves as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping. We are the bridge between device management and physical services, and our team indexes highly on ownership and collaboration. We have lots of stakeholders, and we have relentlessly high standards for our high-visibility programs.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
