• Sr. Systems Engineer

    Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer to join our team in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will lead critical system implementations and provide expertise in maintaining Windows and Linux environments. This position requires a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills and the ability to manage key projects effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead system implementation projects and provide training to employees to ensure successful outcomes.

    • Build, maintain, and document Windows and Linux server operating systems for production and non-production environments.

    • Oversee application support for core Microsoft services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Domain Controllers, and Certificate Services.

    • Configure and manage DNS and DHCP systems, ensuring proper record types and scope configurations.

    • Develop, update, and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts for automation and scheduled tasks.

    • Perform vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies for Windows and Linux servers.

    • Strengthen security and harden operating systems to meet organizational standards.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, certificates, and Active Directory integrations.

    • Analyze and address potential hardware issues, providing technical support as needed.

    • Document and create system diagrams for current and future network expansions using Visio. Requirements • Proven expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, including maintenance and monitoring.

    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and Certificate Services.

    • Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation and task scheduling.

    • Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and their various record types and configurations.

    • Proficiency in system security, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.

    • Ability to analyze hardware performance and troubleshoot server-related issues.

    • Knowledge of cloud technologies, Cisco, Citrix, and Dell EMC solutions.

    • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills, including the use of Visio. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
