Description We are looking for a skilled AP/AR Clerk to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting functions, including managing accounts payable and receivable processes, overseeing collections, and ensuring accurate cash applications. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

• Oversee commercial collections and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.

• Administer liens and bonds in compliance with company and legal standards.

• Handle cash applications with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Maintain employee timekeeping records and ensure proper documentation.

• Assist with benefits administration to support employee needs.

• Reconcile financial discrepancies and prepare reports as required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. Requirements

• Proficiency in handling cash applications and commercial collections.

• Demonstrated experience working with liens and bonds.

• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.

• Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
