Description

Our client, a dedicated nonprofit organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Project Assistant to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the organization’s initiatives by managing administrative tasks and collaborating across teams to help drive the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support project managers and teams by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and assisting with the timely completion of deliverables.
+ Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
+ Research and compile insights to enhance project planning and decision-making.
+ Manage workflows, schedules, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
+ Organize meetings, events, and brainstorming sessions, including logistics and follow-ups.
+ Assist with budget tracking and procurement of project-related resources.
+ Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Requirements
+ A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a project or administrative support role; nonprofit experience is highly preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms) is a plus.
+ High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
+ A genuine passion for nonprofit work and supporting community-driven missions.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
