Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Quality Assurance specialist specializing in Salesforce to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing quality assurance practices for large-scale projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment within the life insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead testing efforts for large projects, ensuring alignment with established standards and practices.

• Create and maintain test plans, schedules, and documentation to support testing activities.

• Develop and execute both manual and automated test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business requirements.

• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams to ensure seamless delivery of project milestones.

• Build and enhance test automation frameworks using tools such as AccelQ and Selenium.

• Ensure traceability between business requirements, technical specifications, and test cases.

• Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address quality assurance concerns and implement solutions.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of high-quality deliverables.

• Perform audits and reviews to ensure adherence to agile and defect management processes.

Requirements • At least 7 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on leadership roles.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce and its related testing methodologies.

• Proven ability to create and execute test plans, cases, and schedules.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as AccelQ, Selenium, or equivalent.

• Proficiency in manual testing, including writing and executing test cases.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teams.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and defect tracking tools.
