Description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Transactions Analyst to oversee the due diligence and closing processes for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of assets into the operating portfolio. Based in the Horsham Area, Pennsylvania, this position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in real estate and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of real estate diligence materials, including environmental reports, structural assessments, title documents, and property-level records.

• Manage the diligence and closing processes for a variety of real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and financing projects.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including property management, treasury, and leasing, to integrate real estate assets into the operational portfolio.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to obtain necessary diligence documentation and ensure timely delivery.

• Organize and present diligence materials for internal review and decision-making.

• Maintain and follow detailed closing checklists to track the progress of transactions from initiation to completion.

• Serve as the primary liaison with external legal counsel to address legal matters related to real estate transactions.

• Assist in the preparation and review of property budgets, appraisals, and transaction pricing.

• Oversee the use of platforms such as Yardi for financial and property management tasks.r

Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with budget processes, capital management, and commercial transactions.

• Experience with property management software, such as Yardi, is highly desirable.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
