Description We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain various IT systems, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security. This position will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and configure hardware, software, and networking systems to align with organizational requirements.

• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and compliance with security policies.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to users and team members.

• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and enhance system integration.

• Participate in the planning, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure to support scalability.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure systems are secure and meet regulatory compliance standards.

• Manage and optimize Active Directory and other directory services for seamless user and resource management.

• Work with backup and recovery technologies to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.

• Support and manage Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Sentinel, and Azure SQL Database. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco and Citrix technologies.

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, including AWS and Microsoft Azure.

• Hands-on experience with Dell EMC and Dell technologies.

• Knowledge of automation tools and practices to enhance system efficiency.

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory management.

• Experience with backup technologies and disaster recovery planning.

• Ability to work with Azure Admin Center and Azure Sentinel for system monitoring and security.

• Solid understanding of AB testing methodologies and their application in system engineering. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
