    Description

    An HR software company in Santa Monica is hiring a Facilities Assistant for a 2-week leave of absence. In this role, you will be supporting the facilities team with greeting visitors, distributing mail, setting up conference rooms for meetings, ordering supplies, validating parking, and additional duties as needed. This is an onsite role, Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 4:30PM. Pay is up to $24/hr.

     

    Requirements • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

     

    • Experience with Concur for expense management.

    • Familiarity with IBM AS/400 systems.

    • Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System.

    • Strong organizational and budget management skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Demonstrated customer service skills in a detail-oriented setting. TalentMatch®
