    Description

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + This position is primary faculty at core clinical training site responsible to supervise and direct the clinical education of KCOM third and fourth year medical students.

    + This position is responsible to make decisions that will maximize the clinical experience for students as a whole, to manage emergent needs of clinical rotations and to coordinate the curriculum delivery within the region.

    + The position performs as a mentor, educator and evaluator of KCOM core assigned medical students at the region.

    Requirements

    + DO or MD degree required

    + The individual in this position will be a problem solver, possess strong communication and technology skills.

    + Leadership experience and Medical Education experience desired.

    + Positive, Flexible, Compassionate, Interest in Education, Organized, Approachable.
