General Summary
The Material Master Data Analyst will support Materials Management/CMS operations by adding, monitoring, and analyzing master data relationship with Procurement area, Inventory management and Production planning in the organization. The Material Master Data Analyst will create accurate, up to date and maintain authoritative source data through the organization ERP system.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.
It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record to meet organization driving standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Tasks
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Materials Management data related to inquiries or additions.
Assist in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, data structure and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.
Create data models that can be used to organize and structure data for easy retrieval and analysis.
Conduct regular data cleaning audits to rid ERP Materials Management system old data, unused data, erroneous or duplicated data.
Provide material data troubleshooting and consulting in support of business and information technology initiatives to improve database system.
Ensure materials management master data integrity in ERP system as well as maintaining data governance and the process to the data quality.
Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate error detection and correction, research, and process improvements.
Ensure quality of material master data in the ERP systems and reports, reliable documentation process with other data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
Review, validate and execute changes to Materials Management ERP system modules / master data to ensure establish data standards.
Provide guidance and training to others team members and business partners on material master data standards and SOP’s.
Review material and Bill of materials creation request for accuracy, adherence to data standards and quality.
Execution of the new material and Bill of materials as required by management.
Validate, prioritize, and execute request for data maintenance.
Apply business rules and best practices when reviewing request for data updates or to active / inactive records. Escalate issues to management as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
Stay up to date on Master data management discipline best practices.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and master data records.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Non-Essential Tasks
Provide support to other departments/areas as it pertains to supply related inquires or tasks.
Education
Requires a minimum Associate Degree in Business or Supply Chain, data management or Information technology. Prefer Bachelor's Degree.
Experience
Requires two or more years of Supply Chain, data management or Information Technology. Requires experience developing and maintaining master data in an ERP and cGMP environment.
Knowledge
Must be customer service oriented to ensure a positive high standard and Customer experience.
Must have working knowledge and ability to use Material Management Information System ‐ ERP systems.
Must obtain a working knowledge of regulatory/quality requirements and perform within all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Skills
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have strong computer skills.
Must have strong customer service skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must possess strong attention to detail.
Must have excellent math, problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills. Must be proficient in data analysis and manipulation.
Must demonstrate skills and knowledge developing and maintaining master data.

Must be able to keep information confidential.
Must be neat in appearance and well groomed.
Must be professional, detail oriented, self‐motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized and communicative.
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Environment
Works In an office or manufacturing operations environment. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend. Ability to use personal motor vehicle for company business required.
