    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager to serve as the central point of contact for our valued tax resolution clients. Working closely with our expert Tax Professionals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients are well-informed, their documentation is current, and they remain compliant with tax regulations. Your primary function will be to gather and analyze essential client information, acting as a vital liaison to empower our Tax Professionals in determining the most effective resolution strategies. This role is similar to that of a paralegal, focusing on document collection, case analysis, and clear communication to facilitate optimal client outcomes.

    What You'll Do:

    + Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing exceptional customer service, regular updates, and clear communication throughout the tax resolution process.

    + Collect, review, and ensure the quality of essential client documents and financial information.

    + Conduct thorough analyses of client accounts to support Tax Professionals in developing strategic service directions.

    + Effectively manage a substantial client caseload, diligently monitoring deadlines, client requirements, and ongoing compliance.

    + Collaborate with Tax Professionals on case strategy and ensure all necessary criteria are met for successful resolution.

    What You'll Bring:

    + Associate degree required; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, legal administration, or financial administration.

    + At least 2 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing CRM software.

    + A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.

    + Tax Resolution experience is highly preferred (candidates may be assessed on this).

    + Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to commute to our Woodland Hills, CA 91367 office is mandatory.

    + Willingness to relocate to Woodland Hills, CA 91367 before the start date is required.
