Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position will provide administrative and office management support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assist leadership and company-wide initiatives, and help foster a positive workplace culture. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and the resourcefulness to handle assignments independently. This position is based out of our corporate office in Marlton, NJ.
What will you be doing?
This position will be a key member of the Operations team. Duties include:
+ Handle administrative tasks to support our corporate office, including light reception duties, answering phones/routing voice messages, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and related tasks
+ Act as office manager to keep the office well stocked, organized, and operating efficiently
+ Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling, booking occasional travel, submitting expense reports, and other ad hoc tasks
+ Ordering food and supplies for on-site meetings
+ Assist operations team with off-site meeting support including booking travel, coordinating with vendors, researching venues, and other duties as requested
+ Help support the company’s culture through employee outreach initiatives
+ Work closely with HR and Operations teams to support company wellness efforts and other employee initiatives
What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?
This position will require the following skillsets and experience:
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or operations support role
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with management and cross-functional departments
+ Demonstrate independence in managing workload and setting priorities to meet deadlines with limited oversight
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Able to work an in-person schedule (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday preferred, although this is flexible)
+ Must be a US citizen
