Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
As a **Senior Finance Analyst** in Morris Plains, you will play a crucial role in driving financial thoughtfulness and strategic planning initiatives. You will be accountable for analyzing financial data, providing insights, and assisting decision-making to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the financial success of our business unit.
You will report directly to our Finance Manager, and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, New Jersey location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial performance of our business unit by providing accurate and timely financial thoughtfulness, forecasting, and budgeting. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies and plans. Your work will directly influence business decisions and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Conduct financial thoughtfulness, including variance thoughtfulness, trend thoughtfulness, and forecasting, to facilitate decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies and plans.
+ Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
+ Facilitate the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial thoughtfulness and planning activities.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial thoughtfulness or related roles.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar high-tech manufacturing environment.
+ Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and thoughtfulness.
