KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Lead and oversee a team of strategic account managers, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans in the retail vertical
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the retail industry, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
+ Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions in the retail vertical
+ Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations in the retail industry
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth in the retail vertical
+ Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in the retail vertical
YOU MUST HAVE:
+ Minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the retail industry
+ Strong leadership and team management skills
+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders in the retail industry
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
+ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
