Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves efficiently managing company aging and related accounts receivable requests, processing credit card payments, and ensuring accurate remittance processing and customer communication. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
Responsibilities
+ Efficiently manage company aging and related accounts receivable requests through email and calls to past due customers.
+ Process credit card payments received via call.
+ Review flagged pending sales orders and take appropriate actions.
+ Complete new customer setups.
+ Process credit card payments for Deacom customers, ensuring high attention to detail.
+ Enter, void, and reconcile internet orders in Converge, ensuring amounts match in Excel before settling payments.
+ Process and settle credit card batches (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex).
+ Ensure clean tracking and categorization of virtual card and credit card remittances for smooth reconciliation.
+ Monitor declined payments and flag unresolved transactions within two weeks.
+ Process virtual card and credit card remittances with proper tracking and categorization.
+ Send out itemized paid invoices upon customer requests via the remittances mailbox.
+ Make sales tax adjustments based on the Tax Specialist's daily sales tax email.
+ Review and process all invoices for prior day shipments, creating separate batches for different customers and payment methods.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
