    Details about this opportunity :

    + Part Time Center-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist/Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)

    + Mon-Fri 8:30am-11:30am (hours may vary)

    + $18-$20/hourly

In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview.     Responsibilities:

    + Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.

    + Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.

    + Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment.

    + Use CentralReach platform for data collection and graphing.

    + Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.

    + Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

    + Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

    + Understand and demonstrate the company core values.

    About You:

    And this background:

    + Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting.

    + Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.

    + Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind.

    + Bilingual is a plus.
