Responsible for submitting and reviewing all promotional materials for brand assignment.

Develop and work with the appropriate teams to implement a more streamlined process for reviewing promotional materials, focusing on efficiency and consistency.

Collaborate closely with MAP (Marketing Approval Process) teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Ensure appropriate, necessary, and high-quality advertising and promotional materials are approved, trafficked, and broadly utilized.

Responsible for ensuring digital asset hubs provide utility to customers and internal stakeholders by delivering top desired asset formats and content that supports priority brand growth.

Ongoing maintenance of all digital asset hubs to clean or re-approve expired assets and upload new assets.

Qualifications:

Experience working with Veeva PromoMats, or related software for MAP/PRC/MLR.

Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to promotional materials in the industry.

Bachelor's Degree.

Strong project management skill with demonstrated ability to maintain project timelines.

Meeting or surpassing project management deadlines.

Attention to detail with minimal need to rework promotional material beyond 1st round of MAP review.

Successful completion of ad hoc solo marketing projects.
