Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Post-Closer to join our Mortgage Post Closing Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage documentation and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring all mortgage loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards after closing.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review closed mortgage loan files for completeness and accuracy

+ Ensure all required documents are present and properly executed

+ Verify compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

+ Prepare and deliver final loan packages to investors or custodians

+ Track and resolve post-closing issues in a timely manner

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting

+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing

Qualifications:

+ 2–3 years of experience in mortgage post-closing or a related field

+ Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation and compliance standards

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

+ Proficiency in mortgage software systems and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Bachelors Degree preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
