    We’re partnering with a rapidly growing food manufacturing company in **Anaheim, CA** , to find a dedicated **Quality Assurance Technician** to join their team. If you’re detail-oriented, passionate about food safety, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, this is your chance to make an impact.

     

    + **Pay Rate:** $20–23/hr

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Conduct pre-operational and operational sanitation inspections

    + Perform ATP and environmental swabs

    + Execute in-process and final product testing: pH, water activity (AW), titratable acidity (TA BX), consistency, viscosity, color, and organoleptic evaluations

    + Verify calibration of plant equipment such as thermometers and scales

    + Monitor processing and packaging for formula and specification adherence

    + Perform daily HACCP and metal detector verifications

    + Review QA/QC records and manage document control (scanning, filing, data entry)

    + Interface with USDA inspectors and support inspections with accurate reporting and corrective action recommendations

    + Conduct daily audits of employee hygiene practices and promote GMP, SSOP, and HACCP compliance

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + At least **1 year of experience in a food manufacturing environment**

    + Familiarity with sanitation verification processes and regulatory standards (GMP, HACCP, SSOPs)

    + Effective communication and reporting skills

    + A proactive approach to identifying and solving quality and safety issues
