We’re looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist Associate to join our dynamic outpatient team! In this role, you'll provide crucial clinical services, including comprehensive needs assessments, case management, and coordination of essential resources for our diverse patient population.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Deliver individual and group therapy to clients across various age groups.

    + Conduct psychosocial intake interviews and provide personalized treatment planning.

    + Offer case management, including service linkage, resource development, and advocacy.

    + Work with a diverse group of clients, ensuring they receive tailored care that meets their unique needs.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement & Assessment:

    + Engages potential clients and addresses barriers.

    + Gathers necessary data for continuity of care and conducts assessments.

    + Documents clinical decision and maintains accurate case records.

    Treatment Planning & Collaboration:

    + Works with MHP/Supervisor to develop and update treatment plans.

    + Participates in treatment team meetings and coordinates with care providers.

    Documentation & Quality Assurance:

    + Completes timely clinical documentation and case management.

    + Participates in quality assurance and performance activities.

    + Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required.

    + Completion of a human services related internship/practicum OR 1 year of relevant human services experience.

    + Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process preferred. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**

    + Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

    + Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC)

    + Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal

    + Act 33 with renewal

    + Act 34 with renewal

    + Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
