+ Experience in Telecom OSS/BSS projects.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for API automation, system integration, and database testing.
+ Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks.
+ Monitor and analyze Kibana logs and Kafka topics to ensure system stability and performance.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the offshore testing team.
+ Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
+ Maintain and manage test environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and configured correctly.
+ Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration on test scripts and automation frameworks.

+ Identity, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with development teams.
+ Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and status updates to stakeholders.

Your skills and experience:
+ Experience in SIT quality engineering, with a focus on Telecom OSS/BSS.
+ Strong expertise in API automation and Python scripting.
+ Proficient in database testing and SQL.
+ Experience with system integration testing and managing test environments.
+ Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
+ Knowledge of Kibana logs and Kafka topics.
+ Proven ability to lead and manage offshore teams.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
