Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of High School Graduate
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant
• Ability to type or process reports at a minimum of 50 wpm
• Ability to organize and file work in orderly and timely manner
• Must be able to answer telephone courteously and professionally
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient office and computer skills. Must know and be comfortable with Word for Windows, spreadsheet applications, such as Excel, and presentation and graphic applications, such as PowerPoint or similar programs.
• Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and other English skills.
DUTIES
Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff to include document production, word processing, filing, copying, mailing, compile reports, creating presentations and any other assistance as directed. Office Staff to include but not limited to: Vice President of Nursing Services, Director of Medicare and Rehabilitation, Director of MDS/Resident Assessment Services, Clinical Care Consultant
+ Retrieve all quality measures (QM) data for facilities in the NHS portfolio and enter results into corporate system using grading process
+ Pulling 5-star reports from Simple LTC and enter results into corporate system
+ Working with the team to create presentations in Powerpoint
+ Schedule and manage meetings that take place at the BTC
+ Updating all clinical policy and procedures manuals
+ Working with NHS attorneys to support any requests for information
