Job Responsibilities:
The major responsibilities of the position are to:
+ Manage all aspects of EMBA prospect management: recruit, engage, evaluate, and recommend candidates for the EMBA program
+ Collaborate with EMBA and college marketing staff, as well as marketing and lead generation vendors to develop and implement a prospect communication plan and other required marketing collateral
+ Manage all CRM (SLATE) activities related to the EMBA Program, including updating the CRM (SLATE) database with all prospect-related activities
+ Provide analysis on marketing effectiveness, recommendations for improved lead generation and conversion, and report on essential recruitment / funnel metrics
+ Manage the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as information sessions, webinars, and “test drive” sessions, with the purpose of recruiting and retaining students
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at various organizations for the purpose of student recruitment
+ Occasionally deliver presentations on the Executive MBA Program to prospective students and interested organizations
+ Collaborate with EMBA staff and Saunders alumni relations personnel to identify and implement recruiting opportunities for the EMBA Program

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting or sales
*An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
Skills:
+ Experience with CRM or other prospect tracking software solution is required
+ Facility with social media applications
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to effectively interact with prospective EMBA students, EMBA alumni, university faculty, administration, and key personnel at various organizations
+ Strong presentation skills with a bias towards selling
+ Self-motivated and ability to work independently
+ Writing, listening, organizational & time management skills are important to be successful in this role
+ Computer and internet skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting or sales in a higher education environment
+ Experience with outreach and networking with business professional are desirable.
+ Experience with Executive students

Job Summary:
The Saunders College of Business is accepting applications for the position of Senior Admissions Officer in the Executive MBA Program. This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment and evaluation of prospective students for the Executive MBA Program. The Senior Admissions Officer manages recruitment events and works closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing to develop an effective communication plan aligned with the overall marketing strategy and enrollment objectives of the EMBA Program. The position reports to the Co-Director of Executive Education, External Engagement, and after an initial training period, may be eligible to work remotely one day per week.
_Please note: This position requires periodic air travel, as well as assisting at and/or attending occasional evening and weekend events._
