Overview
**Pay Rate** : $14.00 - $14.50
**Shift:** 1st-6a to 2pm | 2nd-2p to 10p
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate a company-provided cart to navigate the American Airlines maintenance hangars, covering a large area of several hundred acres.
+ Regularly collect trash bins and cardboard waste from designated locations across the facility.
+ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations while driving and handling waste materials.
+ Safely transport collected waste to designated disposal areas within the base.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart and associated equipment.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding waste collection schedules and any issues encountered during daily operations.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
+ Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
+ Ability to operate a cart safely and efficiently across various terrains.
+ Physical ability to lift waste materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
+ Prior experience in waste management or similar field preferred, but not required.
+ Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
